We will provide the level of service you require but some suggestions are:
- Walk through the property to check ceilings and skylights for leaks
- Check the fridge for leaks (especially ice makers)
- Flush the toilet and check the cistern
- Check the dishwasher to ensure it is smelling fresh
- Check the washing machine to make sure it is not stale
- Turn on different lights and reset the timers after power outages
- Opening/closing of drapes
- Check for burst pipes in winter after big frosts
- Watch for evidence of mice in autumn and winter
- Water inside plants
