We can act as a key holder for you. We have a secure cabinet with 24 hour monitoring of our keys. If for any reason the police or the fire service need to access your property we can provide the keys with your consent. We can also be on your call list for the alarm company. It might also be helpful if you lock yourself out!

On occasions where we find evidence of damage, you will be contacted for instructions. Photographic evidence can also be sent to you. We can obtain quotes from local tradespeople and manage the repairs on your behalf.

We can also provide additional services prior to your arrival and post departure.
